1- With my eyes closed, I want to feel inside that I am in an Agile, Strong, Balanced and Coordinated, Energetic body and when I open my eyes I also want to like and accept myself in the mirror. I want to feel at peace with myself. A healthy life, May my food be my medicine, watch my children and grandchildren grow, Friends to share...
2- Many of the experiences, activities and things that I like to do require good physical condition, so if I didn't have it I wouldn't be able to practice them, for example: To paint large murals, climb to the fourth floor of a scaffolding, ride my mountain bike, and when my granddaughter (she will be born soon) grows up with her, Travel the world, also travel by bike or kayak, feeling good in my nakedness... I like to feel that my body can do everything that comes to mind , I do not want to be physically or mentally lazy, to tell the truth I have so many reasons why , that I know that I will always do everything in my power to keep my body , mind, and soul in good condition.
